Nicole Landry

Whether you're looking to buy your first home or your dream home, sell your current
home, or grow your investment portfolio with real estate, I can help. My success has
come from a lifelong practice of living out my values of excellence, persistence,
honesty, and compassion with a goal of providing a positive, stress-free experience for
each person I serve.

Before becoming a Realtor, I practiced as a registered dental hygienist for more than
twenty years. Caring for people like family, focusing on their specific needs, and
educating them through what could sometimes be an extremely anxiety producing
situation! Nothing brought me more joy than having those once highly anxious patients
leave my office with a smile on their face.

Since 2021, I have seamlessly transitioned those skills into helping clients with their real
estate needs. A home is most people's largest asset, so making the decision to buy or
sell can also be stressful! Along with my team of experienced professionals, I'm
extremely comfortable walking alongside my clients and alleviating their stress through
each step of the process. I'm confident each client I serve will be happy and smiling
after the closing!

I have always had an eye for detail, and a love for architecture, design, and
landscaping, which I have captured through photography over the years as a hobby. I
have experience in building, remodeling, and renovating, and I thoroughly enjoy
tackling projects myself like painting, laying flooring, tiling, and doing trim work!

As a lifelong resident of Ponchatoula, my husband, Darron, and I live with our two
English mastiffs, Lillie and Boone. Our lives have revolved around our boy's sports, and
we still have two playing at the collegiate level. One plays centerfield for LSU-Eunice
baseball, and the other is a member of the Southeastern Louisiana University football
team. In our free time, we love to travel together, usually finding something to see
involving American History or Architecture. Our family also enjoys spending time in the
community, raising funds for our non-profit organization, the Charlie Landry Memorial
Scholarship Foundation, which gives scholarships to deserving high school seniors in
our area.
