There are many steps that go into buying a home. Here are the first few steps of the process you should know about.

Step 1: You're receiving Listing Alerts by email and in the Keller Williams Realty Services Home app so that you see homes that meet your criteria as they hit the market. You can track your favorite properties from your login on my website - findnolahomes.com.

Step 2: Meet with a lender to pre-qualify you and nail down a monthly home payment you find comfortable. We can help you find a great lender if you don't already have someone you're working with.

Step 3: After you've been pre-approved, we can begin touring available homes. This is where the FUN starts!

Step 4: When you find a home you love, we'll get serious about writing an offer.

That's when the real action starts! I don't want to send all the steps yet, as can get quite involved - so we'll take it a few steps at a time. The next steps include the inspection process, negotiations of the inspection repairs (if any), and much more before the closing date arrives. I'll be by your side the entire time!

With all these steps, it is important that we both communicate with each other about where we are in the process and how we can help. When you are ready to speak with a lender, let us know; there are several in town we would recommend.
